The end-of-life period is a sensitive part for everyone’s life cycle, psychosocial, financial, spiritual and medical conflicts are all intertwined. The main goal of our hospice care is to reduce potentially unavoidable physical, emotional, psychosocial and spiritual suffering and preserve patient’s dignity. The hospice care is a patient-centered medical care. A host of valuable services are offered to address every aspect of the patient’s care as a whole. This is achieved by considering each individuals goals, values, beliefs, and rituals.
Our team of doctors, nurses, home health aides, volunteers, therapists etc. is dedicated to providing the highest degree of quality care for our patients facing terminal illnesses. It is our most desire to enhance the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being of all our patients during their time with us.
The Hospice Group of Southern California team advocate for the rights of terminally ill patients and their families.
We believe that patients should be apprised of their clinical prognosis and be involved in the decision-making process that determines how their end-of-life care is provided.
